QCCM, Inc. offers the service of providing Certified Welding Inspectors and Quality Control Inspectors for power plant outages and shop and field locations. Our inspectors are experienced in providing inspections to ASME, NBIC and AWS Codes and generating or reviewing welding procedures, welder certifications, remove and replace documents and R-1 data reports. Our inspectors are also backed by technical support provided by a full time Commissioned Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspector (AI) and Engineering at QCCM, Inc. offices. Our inspectors are provided to visit your suppliers to inspect process equipment during fabrication or repair to verify compliance with your specification and purchase order requirements.

QCCM, Inc. offers as a service on-site visits to audit prospective and current suppliers to perform an in depth survey of their quality control program to ensure compliance to your quality objectives.

QCCM, Inc. offers the service of qualifying your welders under the umbrella of our “R” Stamp Program. By doing this you are able to use your maintenance personnel to perform Code weld repairs of your ASME Boilers and Pressure Vessels. QCCM, Inc. will maintain the program and handle all of the inspection, paperwork and certification associated with repairs and alterations of boilers, pressure vessels and B31.1 piping in accordance with the requirements of the National Board of Boilers and Pressure Vessel Repair Code.

QCCM, Inc. also offers the service of developing welding procedures and qualifying welders for your company in accordance with ASME and AWS requirements. For all of your process equipment and structural walkways and supports it is important that personnel performing welded fabrications and repairs are skilled and knowledgeable on how to perform a sound weld and also to be aware of rod and wire selection for different materials.
